0-2kg approx NZ$6.00

Rural add NZ$5.50

Signature Required add NZ$3.45

NZ couriers and Poste Haste

 

Australia

Flat shipping rate of NZ$25 per order and are sent from New Zealand with NZ Post using International Express Courier. 

 

Rest of World (including UK but excluding Africa)

Estimated shipping rate of NZ$30 to NZ$35 per order and sent from New Zealand with NZ Post using International Express Courier. There is a Covid-19 surcharge of NZ$2.50 per kilo.

 

Throughout the  holiday season and public holidays our Covid-19 crisis parcels may be delayed due to the volume of shipping. 

 

Eva + Archie will ship throughout the world, except for the African continent (due to prohibitive freight charges). Please note that you, not Eva + Archie, are responsible for the payment of customs duties, import and other such taxes or levies as the freighted product may attract.

 

 

PO Boxes

Eva + Archie will not ship goods to PO Box numbers.

 

Shipping Timings

All orders will be packed within 24 hours and shipped on the next working day.

 

Warranties

If you have purchased your Eva + Archie garment directly from us, we can replace or repair your garment  if it has been damaged due to faulty fabric, stitching or manufacturing and returned within 90 days of purchase. Damage that occurs after a year is usually caused by wear and tear. If you did not purchase your garment directly from us please contact the retailer.
