Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason it can be returned if it is in the same condition that you received it. Unworn, unwashed and unused with tags in place and in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The return will be at your cost, if we determine that the product is faulty then shipping will be refunded.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged items as a result of incorrect care or general wear and tear will not be considered as faulty.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted it will be refunded and you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
